Terms of trade
General terms for sampling and production orders. Each quotation confirms the specific terms for your project.
Quotations
- Quotes are based on the specification supplied and remain valid for 30 days.
- Pricing depends on product, fabric, quantity, branding, and packaging.
Sampling
- Pre-production samples are made before every bulk order.
- Sample fees and courier costs are confirmed in advance and may be credited against bulk orders.
Orders & payment
- Production begins after written sample approval and the agreed deposit.
- Typical terms are a deposit to start production with the balance before shipment, confirmed per order.
Quality
- Goods are inspected during and after production against the approved sample.
- Any claims should be raised within 14 days of receipt, with photos.
Shipping
- Shipping terms (e.g. EXW, FOB, DDP) are agreed per order.
- Delivery dates are estimates and confirmed once production is scheduled.
Intellectual property
- Your logos, artwork, and designs remain your property and are used only for your order.
